@E-Hero; Indeed, but then how much research has been spent on finding suitable/effective ways of dealing with the waste compared to say... the amount of money spent on trying to get Creationism taught in science classes as a valid theory for the origins of life. ¬¬
And the same with Chernobyl, which was a steam explosion from a water called reactor, a design I might add was never approved in this country (UK), not a nuclear explosion. Oh, and Three Mile Island was a faulty valve and human error... both were meltdowns and not nuclear explosions, which I might add is impossible as the uranium is not nearly rich enough to start the chain reaction.
