sound issues
ok those that play bf3 do you get sound issues . such as every sound loops / and causes lag i keep getting this on the odd occasion such as tonight whats strange is that sometimes there is nothing and the game is running spot on . and others its a total pain in the as? i am using onboard realtek and so tempted to get a sound card * but waiting on the replys incase some one no,s of a fix * for my little problem thnxs ----------------

No not happening to me or Bryanna. Hmm I must ask b-2 Have you tried updating your motherboard drivers Like your chip set and sound card drivers and it wouldn't to do your video drive while u where at it . ----------------

I have no problems playing the game. The sound is clear,crisp and the game runs smooth.

I have had issues with sound but they were lag related and have not had them since I updated my PC. After the first install I had several issues but I just went ahead and updating pretty much everything on my PC and all issues stopped.

Tiddles I sent you a link for your motherboard drivers, the problem is that you have windows 7 but the board only supports Vista so do the best you can m8, Also LordDean has found a fix for Crashing so you may want to have a chat with him :) ----------------

thnxs for the link m8 would you say try the drivers with them being vista drivers and not windows 7 . or leave it how it is and hope the next bf3 patch will fix the problem ----------------

to be honest scared shi?less when it comes to motherboard drivers if i do and it goes peared shaped is there a way to roll them back to the original drivers * or are they stuck on the new drivers * also found a soundcard in my tech draw creative soundblaster live 24bit * did read that windows 7 didnt like the sound card * so does anyone no if that is true or should i just slap it in and give it a try and hope for the best ----------------

Before attemping this, read up on your perticular MoBo, how to do it, and especially how to roll it back. if you have contingencies in place you should be ok ----------------
