I cant believe after 5 long years shes gone.
I have tried everthing i can think of to wake her but nothing so far..I fear ill be up all night trying to revive her.

She keeps shutting down-when i can get her started --so far twice i got her on and kaplunk she dies again... Just did a format today cause she was running realy slow -thout that might bring her back up to speed ...

ANY IDEAS I think im gonna give her CPR soon..

Had a similar prob with my roomies computer, but it was more like it just froze in place. RAM went bad on that one.....so who knows.

Try resetting CMOS (however you do that on a laptop).
If that doesn't work: http://www.memtest86.com/ Run it for at least 10h. That way you can be certain the problem is/isn't RAM-related.

Argh mine went a few months ago aswell m8, it started with the dvd drive, then 1 thing after another broke untill it was unusable
Took me ages to save up for a new PC.

OMG its ALIVEEEE...listen I have built many of PC before and I tried everything..U got me why she turned on all of a sudden..But I feel it will happen agan today sometime.

Possibly having power related troubles? They're good for being entirely random.

Maybe so ..but I think its time to order a new laptop..
