Ladies and Gents, I have figured out a strategy with recruiting but ill need each and all to help me with this. In each game you play that has multiplayer, you can backtrack to every player you played with in the past. In-game, you can shift-tab and hit the view players button to see who you are playing with...once you see them, view profiles and invite them to our WPC steam group (ill take care of the rest).

Out of game, open the main steam window and up top click on VIEW. After that, find "Players" and click on that. Youll then see all the recent people you just played games with. Make sure you do the same as mentioned above.

They did the same thing from the beginning, and their numbers are freakin crazy! I think this would prove to be a vantage point to get our numbers climbing if we did the same.

Also, for the qualified members that have access to our steam group admin...I would like assistance in scheduling events n whatnot to make people more aware of us. Its not a complicated process, its just one of those things that we need to work on as well as adding people to our group. All in all, its all working towards our recruiting process.

crap, need to do that at home...my steam at work doesnt have any players in them since I dont play games here lol...just buy them hehe. Ill get on it this evening.

I don't mind new recruits but... do we really need an army of members "at paper" only? Do we get any profit from having hordes under our banner? Isn't it better to bet on quality, not numbers?

It's a good idea but like what fizo said.. quality not quantity.
however, i suppose the ones who are really interested would venture further from the steam group and actually register to this website.

Not all of them are WDZ clan members. I went to the actual clan site and they dont have a grip of people in the clan. It would be the same process that we are doing now with the voting process, but this way if we had competition or special events going on, we could allow for people outside of the clan to know as well.
