So, I want to play some good old pen and paper D&D and am looking for some people who may be interested in joining me.
Now we will be using a website called roll20.net that acts as a virtual tabletop and dice rolling system.
If you've never played before don't let that put you off. It's really easy to play and can be summed up as such. I'll also explain rules as and when the crop up.
The GM/DM (Game Master or Dungeon Master) presents you with a situation. You tell him how your character deals with a situation. An Example:
DM:"You walk into the room with a chest in the centre."
P1:"I want to open the chest."
DM:"You try to open the chest but the lid will not move. It's locked"
P2:"Stand aside, I've got this. SUPER DWARFISH UNLOCK HEAD BUTT!"
DM:"An effort worthy of song but the chest remains locked."
P1:"I'll try and pick the lock."
P3:"Umm, why don't we just use this key we found before that says 'Chest Key'"
P1:"Uh, ok."
DM:"You've unlocked the chest and it opens freely."
-NOTE- Right click and select SAVE AS. These are large files your browser might not like. You can get the rule book here:
