well for one the screenshot is really small so we can't view it BUT i'm assuming you're using Canirunit.com I've found that the reason your graphics will show that it meets all the requirements HOWEVER if your graphics card is not on the official list of supported graphics card set by the game it will show as a failure the best thing to do is check if you have the requirements not if it fails or not.
