Having some trouble (im retarded) understanding the recruitment box on home page. What does wait mean? Like wait longer to apply?

It just means to wait a little longer for the result. We give applicants about a week or two to get to know us and us to get to know them.

Usually it shows up if you applied mid week and the council have to vote on applicants for the weekend. As there is no 'don't cast a vote' option, we use wait as a stand in to allow for more time.
